Transfers & Refunds

As Mums ourselves we understand that things come up and there are times when classes can’t be attended. We know most Baby classes have to be taken in terms which is why we have set ours up so you can book your first class for just £7 and then either £8 or pick 5 dates for £35 that suit you. With the 5 dates you can also transfer these up to 48 hours ahead of your class starting and we feel this allows some flexibility for if things do invariably come up.

In order to transfer you will need to do this yourself via your confirmation email over 48 hours before your class start time. Each class can be transferred once and we just ask that they are used within a 12 week period.

Your instructor is unable to do transfers for you, or transfer you past the 48 hour point. We respectfully ask you not to ask them (as it’s not just you asking!) and we want to be fair to everyone.

When also have waitlists which are there in case anyone can’t attend past the 48 hours. So its always worth letting your instructor know (via text….ideally not at 2am! ;D) and she will do her best to see if anyone can take your space. If they do, she will then transfer the class to the next available date.
