I just wanted to say thank you for last night, it was so beautiful. I loved every second of it. I’ve never felt a feeling of ‘women togetherness’ like that before. It felt so validating. All of it was so insightful and wonderful

What is a Women’s Circle

Women have gathered together for centuries. Usually around the time of a full or new moon or in what’s known as red tents, for the purpose of rest and refection during their menstruation. Our circles have come about as we see so many amazing women in all our classes (those who are Mothers and those wo aren’t. Those who are 20 years old and those who are 70 years old) and the common thing we hear is that women are feeling burnt out, anxious and disconnected from each other and from themselves; both physically and emotionally.

What’s involved in our Circles

We wanted our circles to be a bit different. Accessible for someone who has never been to a Women’s Circle before, but was also for those who go to these types of event regularly. We don’t take ourselves seriously, so there will always be laughter and an opportunity to chat and meet the other women from your community. As much as it being a chance to rest and reflect for a couple of hours, we also wanted to provide you with knowledge and tools to take home to relax, recharge, reconnect and find a new way of being that doesn’t feel so stressful and hurried.

The circles have different themes, so each time there is a chance for something new. Such as; Sound Healing, Reiki, Somatic Movement, Cyclical Living and Self Compassion.

Circles are usually 2 hours on a Sunday and always have the following elements.

  • Cacaco or warm drink

  • Opening ceremony to meet each other and share how you are feeling

  • Themed element

  • Movement (stretches, somatic movement and gentle breathwork)

  • Guided relaxation

  • Closing ceremony to share how we are feeling at the end and any closing thoughts

Thank you so much! I honestly had an amazing evening and have felt inspired since! I haven’t felt this calm in 10 months and it was just what I needed to feel like myself after such a long time
