Face-to-face classes – Tier 3 update

Real Life Class Availability .jpg

We wanted to update you on our plans post Lockdown 2.0. As of 2nd December, lockdown ends across the country – but Greater Manchester has entered Tier 3 once again.

This makes it very difficult for our classes to operate as, while baby classes are able to go ahead, dance classes are not – and we straddle both of these criteria.

Having consulted the council about this, we will unfortunately not be able to run face-to-face classes until it is safe to do so following the guidelines.

As frustrating as this is for everybody, and as much as we want to see you and dance with you, we believe that keeping all classes - as per our COVID policy - between now and Christmas is the right thing to do. Both babywearing dance and pregnancy yoga will therefore be online until we break for Christmas.

Firstly, we really want you to be able to enjoy the Christmas period. We would feel awful if our classes resulted in COVID outbreaks.

Secondly, we are still yet to hear whether our venues are opening and some have already stated that, as we are a dance class, they cannot have us back in Tier 3.

Thirdly, we have received numerous emails and messages from people who are not ready to go back to face-to-face classes in the current situation.

What if you have booked a face-to-face class?

If you have booked for live classes you will automatically have your class moved online. You will be allocated a class on the same day but it may be at a different time and/or with a different instructor. As per our booking policy, we are unable to offer transfers or refunds.

Your safety is our priority

We want you to always feel safe in our classes – and we have a plan for this in the new year too - keep your eye on your emails for more info!

And if you know you still don’t feel confident joining us face-to-face, downloads will be available to buy.

We genuinely understand how frustrating this is for you – it is for us too. But a couple more weeks online will help us to 100% stay in-line with (very confusing) guidance, help both you and us stay safe, and give us the peace of mind that we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus.

Genuinely, thank you so much for your continued support. We understand it’s an isolating time right now and we have some exciting plans for the festive season to help you stay joyful and active, and can’t wait to share them with you.

Watch this space.
